ABOUT TRISTAN VINCENT

I have been passionate about cars since I can remember. My very first professional experience at Como Group (Mercedes, Smart & Lexus car dealerships across Ile de France) brought to light the numerous steps needed to fulfill the 360 process of selling a car: estimate needed supply of each car model, recruiting new and retaining existing customers and providing a qualitative customer experience pre/during/post sale. This experience confirmed my determination to dedicate my work to the automobile industry. Logically, I wanted my second experience to be with Neowebcar, a company focused on leveraging the basic principle of selling cars while making it relevant to younger generations by making it accessible online and available to all. Upon graduation, I joined Virtuo Technologies to further contribute to the modernization of car rental customer experience making it more seamless than ever-before seen in France. I first was in direct contact with our consumer, as a part of the customer support team which helped deepen my understanding of what needs, concerns and pain points should be addressed and answered to optimize our users\' experiences. The scope of my role then transitioned into operations & logistics to ensure the back end experience was consistent. I also took on the role of Risk Analyst, a position I created with Senior Leadership to develop a rigorous process to evaluate consumer risks upon profile creation as well as creating a correlation between damages and client demographics to reduce probable risk. As this role is new, I am taking charge in creating necessary processes and molding its scope further.
