I belong to a team of world-class people who build trust in society and solve important problems. My job is focused on the reliability of the information that investors use every day to make decisions about how to allocate capital — decisions that have an impact on the lives of everyday people. I previously served a tour of duty in PwC’s National Office producing thought leadership focused on the intersection of sustainability, business and accounting, and the future of corporate reporting.As a leader, I believe in inclusive workplaces that enable everyone to bring their best, most authentic selves to work including all of the factors that make them diverse. I also believe that sometimes this requires brave conversations about what the experiences of our diverse colleagues actually look like.In addition to my day job serving clients I\'ve served as a recurring speaker for PwC’s leadership development experience for senior associates, helping thousands of our senior associates unlock their potential to lead self and lead others.
