Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.” That’s what the Drill Instructors told us again and again in Navy Boot Camp, and it’s a philosophy I carry with me through every transformation I lead.(Totally not traumatized…) Change Management, Org Design, Operating Model Design, Process Improvement? All my jam. I’m a strategist, a communicator, and a builder of empires, entirely dedicated to bringing those “good idea fairies” in your head to life. I’m good at it because I’ve lived every layer of the work. In the Navy, I was the frontline. I saw firsthand how strategic decisions, no matter how well-intended, often failed to connect with day-to-day execution. That gap between vision and reality is where I thrive. I investigate the “hows” and “whys” of any situation, uncovering the relationships and meaning that make the complex feel possible and the uncertain feel purposeful. I’ve led multi-functional transformations across domains like Logistics and Supply Chain Operations, HR, Finance, and Corporate/Public Affairs. I build and execute against strategies with empathy, precision, and the understanding that ripples from a smart business move today can shape the leaders of tomorrow.
