As the leader of the national VDC team at Ryan Companies, I’ve spent over a decade at the intersection of construction and technology, six of those years leading a VDC team that’s become known for being nimble, dedicated, and highly effective.I’m passionate about building strong teams, managing change thoughtfully, and improving workflows to enhance project delivery.    VP of Virtual Design & Construction. I am leading the national VDC team that consists of three parts VDC Operations (design & construction), Visualization, and Reality Capture. The VDC team works across all of our sectors and is a vital contributor on all of Ryan Companies projects from early stages of development through construction turnover. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a national team of VDC professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Support the growth and development of team members through dedicated mentoring and skill development programs, ensuring the team\'s diverse talents are nurtured and utilized effectively.Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive VDC strategy that aligns with the company\'s overall business objectives. Represent the VDC team to senior leadership, effectively communicating the value and impact of VDC on project success and client satisfaction.Technology and Innovation: Champion investment in and adoption of new tools and technologies to keep Ryan Companies at the forefront of the industry.
