My name is Tristan Wheeler, founder and CEO of INFINITEQUE LLC, a games culture and creative technology initiative focused on mentorship, storytelling, and digital equity.For more than two decades, my work has lived at the intersection of technology, community engagement, and cultural storytelling. My journey began in Cleveland, Ohio, where a deep connection to games culture and public service shaped the direction of my career.I spent over 20 years at the Cleveland Public Library, where I helped develop innovative public programming centered around emerging technologies, creative media, and experiential learning. As a Creative Technology Engineer, I led the internationally recognized CPL PLAY program series, integrating gaming, audiovisual production, and mentorship into community-driven learning experiences. Through that work, I saw firsthand how games culture can serve as a powerful gateway to education, creativity, and community connection.INFINITEQUE was created to expand that vision.Today, INFINITEQUE develops programs, leagues, events, and media projects that explore how games culture can be used as a tool for personal growth, digital literacy, and community leadership.Current initiatives include:Empowering the Culture — a Cleveland-based community series exploring games culture, storytelling, and digital literacy through conversations, tournaments, and documentary storytelling.NEXUS Gaming League — a community-centered esports league designed for libraries, schools, and youth organizations, integrating competition with mentorship and creative technology learning.Legacy Gaming League — a faith-centered gaming and mentorship initiative serving Muslim youth in Canada, focused on intentional play, character development, and community service.TEQUE KNOW LOGIC — a podcast and conversation platform exploring faith, identity, and the deeper cultural impact of games.In addition to program development, INFINITEQUE provides consulting and creative program design for institutions seeking to build inclusive technology spaces and games culture programming.At the heart of my work is a simple belief:Games culture is more than entertainment — when engaged with intention, it can be a powerful force for learning, connection, and community transformation.Through INFINITEQUE, I aim to help document, strengthen, and expand the cultural spaces where people can grow, collaborate, and build meaningful futures through technology and games.
