Program developer and team lead of NP Digital\'s UX strategy & UI design service since November 2020. After building the UX/UI service from the ground-up while also managing SEO campaigns for clients, I eventually transitioned entirely to UX/UI design in order to better focus on building the program into a standalone service within the agency. We now have a roster of clients whose websites we are redesigning, performing user testing, and monitoring user engagement with heatmapping software and analytics tools.
