I am responsible for managing multiple diverse teams across an array of projects including external audits of financial, controls reports (SOC1, SOC2, etc.), developing go to market and operating models to sell work and performing consulting engagements (readinesses, assess and recommend, IT Transformation, etc.). As part of my role I am responsible for the over all engagement management from selling, executing and delivery including managing budgets, deliverables, engagement reviews and coaching of team members. I currently focus on financial service clients with broad experience in IT controls, processes, and transformations as well as operational controls and processes including those for Broker Dealers.
