Currently lead a team of outstanding consultants for Prospectus\'s Recruitment team, offering a consultative approach to the beyond profit sector\'s recruitment needs. Having worked and volunteered in several domestic and global Not for Profit organisations I remain inspired and convinced by the sector\'s importance. My current role working for Prospectus allows me to learn and offer market insight and expertise to the community, whilst continuing to contribute to the success of the sector through impactful hires.
