As a Wealth Advisor and head of his team, Tristan specializes in comprehensive financial planning for high net-worth (HNW) and ultra high net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families within the Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas.Tristan previously worked in the private client group as a Financial Advisor Associate with a focus on portfolio management at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and prior to that as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at The Citadel. Tristan holds the Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licenses and has additionally earned and holds the following professional designations through the College For Financial Planning®- Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA®)- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC® )- Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®)Additionally, Tristan is a Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) and lean process certified through Villanova University’s process improvement program. Prior to entering financial services, Tristan served as an Infantryman in the U.S Army. Originally from Tampa, FL, Tristan enjoys volunteering at his local Church and is also an avid outdoorsman. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife Nicole and daughter Isabella.
