ABOUT TRISTAN MOSELEY
I am a Quantity Surveyor, Health and Safety/CDM Advisor and Contract Administrator at the Colchester branch of the long-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, Daniel Connal Partnership. I hold a BSc degree in Building Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University, the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health, technical membership of the IOSH, and a CELL Level 3 award, qualifying me to undertake Housing Quality Indicator assessments.I have experience in cost control and contract administration for school new-builds and extensions, church restorations, residential regeneration and social housing projects, local government and retail. I work daily on collating information for tenders and tender reports, valuing construction work and materials on projects up to £10 million, producing contract documents and assisting as Employer\'s Agent.I also advise on CDM 2015 regulations, complete fire risk assessments and method statements, produce construction phase plans and health & safety files, and assist and advise contractors on health and safety accreditation for Constructionline and CHAS.
