As a Small Works Manager at Fixfire, I am responsible for overseeing and delivering a range of small-scale projects, including repairs, refurbishments, and minor installation works. My role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and completion, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple small works projects simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, balancing client requirements with available resources. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to specifications. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively solving issues that arise on-site or during planning. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely supply. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, delivering reports on project progress, cost management, and resource allocation. Lead project closeout processes, ensuring successful handovers to clients and completion of all required documentation.
