ABOUT TRISTAN MERLIN
After being trained at the RVC, I pursued my professional journey by joining the team at Eastcott Referrals in 2018 and have stayed there for most of my time ever since. I gained my Specialist title in 2021 and had the opportunity in the mean time to develop the Anesthesia department at Eastcott Referrals, as well as leading the Internship programme between the end of 2019 and 2021.I particularly enjoy working an environment where all team members are empowered and where learning is promoted.My main clinical interest focuses on the management of critically ill patients, as well as cardio-thoracic anaesthesia.
