Authorship of over 70 publications covering areas of rational drug design; small molecule brain penetration; in vitro scaling; drug metabolism; mechanism-based PBPK, PKPD and systems pharmacology modeling; application of quantitative pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic predictions in drug discovery; and quantitative predictions of drug-drug interactions arising from competitive inhibition, inactivation and induction.
