Highlights of recent case work include the design, build, and implementation of a new core banking platform for a top direct bank, the architecture and development of a “digital front door” for a healthcare system, and ERP and PLM strategy and architecture for a large defense-related shipbuilder. As the global lead for BCG X Large Product & Platform Build moonshot, I am committed to building our delivery work while delivering outsized impact and value to our clients. I initially joined BCG’s Chicago office in 2005, leaving in 2011 to lead the digital transformation of the consumer banking business at Discover and returning to BCG in 2016. My prior experience also includes 11 years at Accenture, where I focused on ERP strategy and implementation and led the Software Intelligence team and Worldwide Center for Finance & Performance Management.
