After 15 years of experience in the classroom, 20 years in the food and beverage industry, and after living in two foreign countries (Spain & Belgium), I have collected a myriad of different skills. Not only do I have expertise in the languages and cultures of French and Spanish but I possess the skills and know how to effectively convey this knowledge to an audience that may not be so willing. To pay for my knowledge, I sold drinks and food, and I transferred that selling power to the classroom.I am a confident, direct and sincere person who provides his expertise in a constructive manner that advocates collaboration in order to synthesize all ideas for the betterment of everyone.
