About Tristan Cronin

I am a graduate of Bentley University with a major in Corporate Finance and Accounting and a minor in History. I am a very numbers-oriented, innovative, and competitive problem-solver whose strengths have allowed me to excel in many subjects of interest. I\'ve worked for BlueSnap for two and a-half years on the Platform Balancing team gaining great insights into accounting practices both domestic and international. During this time I\'ve also advanced my skills with Excel and many Oracle tools which I use constantly. I post upwards of 150 entries a day which include AR and NS accounts and cash postings. A large part of my job is data management focused. Some of the banks I oversee populate upwards of six million lines of data which I reconcile. This is made easier with the help of VBA code and macros that I\'ve written to decrease time wasted on manipulating large files. Not only do I work well with the closely knit team at BlueSnap but with the representatives from our companies partners. I also work with my fellow Senior Accountants to interview and recommend candidates for the Platform Balance team.
