If I built my experience on specialized nutrition (sport nutrition, weight-management) I keep in mind that nutrionnal quality of a food product is link by the quality of the raw materials and by the way the quality of the agriculture. Today, in the Solvay team, I am increasing my understanding on the taste perception and the flavor world (creation, production, role, regulatory). I help clients to use flavors in good conditions but also to understand the roles of each ingredients and the role of the technology to obtain a good sensory perception. This relationship is key in BtoB business.
