I’ve pivoted my career multiple times from mechanical engineer, to software engineer, to now running a business. I’ve always been drawn to the business side of problem-solving; focusing on solutions that move the business forward.This curiosity led me to take a risk and join a struggling compost facility as General Manager. It became a crash course in leadership, operations, accounting, logistics, maintenance, business development, and customer relations. By improving processes, expanding our grapple truck services, growing mulch sales, securing new disposal contracts, and acquiring new equipment I helped increase annual revenue by over $1M.I enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business and am passionate about solving real operational challenges through systems, process improvement, and practical technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
