ABOUT TRISTAN BRUNET
With over five years of experience in the civil engineering industry, I have had the opportunity of working on various projects throughout Canada on new construction and existing buildings. These projects include evaluating the condition of major building systems (such as structural, building envelope, mechanical, and electrical systems), leading visual and tactile inspections of building facades, roofs, and parking garages, coordinating quality control programs during construction projects, and collaborating in a team tasked at inspecting the effects of permafrost melting due to climate change on residential buildings in Indigenous communities in northern Quebec. During this experience, I have been fortunate to develop general technical knowledge in multiple fields, communication and collaboration skills with French and English shareholders, and project management, cost estimating, and scheduling skills. I am always looking for opportunities to connect with people in the engineering and sustainability industries to learn more about the new developments in creating a greener future.
