   As part of Level20, Progressive\'s new business incubator, develop, implement and manage the compliance program for new financial technology businesses in consumer lending, credit and/or banking in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Promote responsible innovation using agile and risk vs reward centered approaches.*Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (AML, lending, etc.) and requirements, developing the compliance management system, policies, procedures for highly regulated processes, and audit governance to ensure ongoing compliance of the programs.*Review, provide insight to and approve all customer facing web and mobile UX, customer facing content (including marketing).*Build a high performing compliance team to support compliance activities, implementation, testing/monitoring and ongoing management.*Advise stakeholders on SaaS development using expertise in federal, state, local regulations relevant to credit, deposit and consumer banking fintech business including policy development.*Respond to regulatory inquiries and prepare reports for multiple stakeholders including regulatory bodies.*Surface and assess risk; pro-actively advise and collaborate with senior and executive leadership and business partners on mitigant deployment.*Solve complex problems, streamline processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams building highly innovative solutions with agility.*Convene executive governance body and review compliance and risk related matters with body and other stakeholders to support alignment in business decisions and other actions.*Create deliver or oversee effective compliance training, testing.*Partner with Product and other relevant stakeholders in the evaluation of risks associated with third party providers and own the relationships and deployment rules for endors delivering compliance, fraud or risk solutions.
