Created a comprehensive “DevOps Playbook” at Clear Measure containing detailed step-by-step guides forDevOps Engineers to use when completing cloud migration or DevOps engagements for diverse clients (widelyused across the company to date). Promoted to Technical Lead at Shaw for handling the Softphone Project, a virtual telephony systemenabling all call center staff to have integrated access to customer account data, and replaced all the desktoptelephones for all call centers across the country. Created a new interactive H2S Release Rate and Emergency Planning Zone calculation report, whichbecame the industry standard tool for sour well license applications, used by all oil and gas companies inAlberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
