Once manager was hired, I remained with the client to assist in a variety of roles- Led monthly / quarterly close, involved with GAAP/STAT/IFRS reporting- Coordinate Incentive Compensation and enchanced processes and contols- Finance Lead on cross function integration team for MGA acquision- Developed reports, processes and procedures used to integrate new MGA into existing Finance monthly reporting and close processes- Developed processes, documented procedures & onboarded new accounting manager- Project Manager / Change Leader for a number finance specific initiatives.
