Over the years, I’ve worked across product, strategy, and operations in both global tech and consumer companies—most recently leading an initiative at Microsoft AI that brings credible, expert voices into search and generative experiences.My path has taken me from FMCG shop floors and large-scale sales teams to moonshot connectivity at Google X, to building inclusive ecosystems for experts in AI. I thrive when navigating ambiguity, bringing together teams, and solving problems that require both structure and empathy.Outside work, I care deeply about learning, coaching, and thoughtful execution.    Leading the Experts Initiative at Microsoft AI—an effort to integrate trustworthy voices (from doctors to financial advisors) into consumer-facing AI experiences across Bing, Edge, and Copilot.I helped seed this initiative from the ground up: defining the vision, growing the team, building new business models, and launching a globally-scaled ecosystem of verified experts.Highlights include designing a self-serve platform for experts, launching new content formats, driving cross-functional impact across verticals, and evolving monetization strategies. Along the way, I’ve enjoyed mentoring team members and learning from the experts we serve.
