With over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, I have a proven track record of leading and managing large-scale operations, ensuring quality service and compliance, and preserving and enhancing communities. As the Senior Vice President of Housing Management Resources from 2009 to 2023, I oversaw the operations of 70 properties with some affordable component in 11 states, managing over 7,500 apartments and serving diverse and low-income populations.I hold several credentials and professional certifications that demonstrate my expertise and commitment to the field, including the IREM CPM designation, the C22P status in Spectrum Tax Credit Certified Compliance Professional, the COS from NCHM, and the PHM certificate in Public Housing Management from NanMckay.
