We care, and it shows.• Design and develop instructor-led in-person, virtual and blended learning for clients• Facilitate engaging virtual webinars and pilot courses• Manage multiple simultaneous projects to deliver as promised—introduced a project management tool to ensure smooth execution and process• Support facilitators in delivering outstanding learning experiences• Partner with relationship managers to create plans that meet our clients’ desired outcomes • Partner with clients to customize our courses to address their specific learning needs• Champion initiatives to elevate our business and client experience, including researching, planning and launching the company’s first Learning Management System (LMS)• Work independently, with weekly manager touchpoints, and collaborate with team members• Train team members, facilitators and producers• Deliver team demonstrations and gather actionable feedback• Script and narrate video and audio learning assets• Use Microsoft products, SharePoint, Insightly CRM and Docebo LMS
