I have increased efficiency by automating a customer survey process utilizing a Qualtrics integration app for Salesforce via the AppExchange. This has greatly reduced the turnaround time for key customer experience insights from weeks to days.I highly value diversity, inclusion and equity and have served in a board capacity for the Latino Employee Network at Union Pacific for 6+ years. Through this volunteer capacity, I have gained leadership skills, mentors, mentees and life-long connections. Collaboratively we have made a difference in our local communities through volunteering, scholarship programs and community outreach.
