Regional Customer Chef handling culinary training, demonstrations and being the key liaison for Operators in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and UAE; in turn bringing awareness to UFS products and driving sales.Offering tasting sessions, increasing product knowledge among sales team, enhancing the culinary image and awareness of total business and tailoring the sales approach towards meeting the operator needs, and offering practical solutions.I am also responsible for recipe development, customer demonstrations and presentations by doing one-on-one interactions on-site during sales visits along with the key account manager. Always looking to push the envelop by finding opportunities for growth within the UFS products increasing the appeal of our top 10 SKUs as well as highlighting the benefits of other food products in UFS.Working along side the marketing team to develop digital content creation via video, social media and print medias always keeping up with culinary trends.To assist other chefs in all types of operations across the Gulf region to help bring down their bottom line, train their teams, and free them to do what it is they love which is to create spectacular culinary experiences for their guests!
