   I lead complex Sustainability and ESG consulting engagements for large corporates, financial institutions and multinational clients across India, US and MENA. My role focuses on helping organizations navigate evolving ESG regulations, manage climate and sustainability risks and translate compliance requirements into strategic business outcomes.Key responsibilities include leading ESG reporting, assurance readiness, and regulatory advisory engagements aligned with GRI, TCFD, ESRS, SASB, IIRC, BRSR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy and SFDR. I oversee enterprise-wide GHG inventories and carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2 and 3), including methodology design, data governance and integration into Net Zero and decarbonization roadmaps.I deliver climate risk and resilience assessments (physical and transition risks), supporting board-level decision-making, scenario analysis and regulatory disclosures. I also lead double materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement programs, managing senior stakeholder interviews, large datasets and governance workshops.My experience includes managing CSR and ESG impact assessments, including baseline, midline and endline studies aligned with OECD-DAC, SDGs and BRSR requirements, as well as supporting sustainable supply chain, value-chain and ESG/EHS due diligence engagements for corporates and investors.In addition, I advise clients on resource efficiency, waste, water and energy assessments, linking operational improvements with ESG performance, climate targets and circular economy outcomes.
