Job Responsibilities :• Tracking VCP cases and working on them as per requirement. • Design and configurations of end to end incentive compensation plans, plan component, performance measure, Rate tables, rate dimensions and expressions.• Hands-on experience on data loads through import management tool and have good knowledge of transaction processing.• Have a strong understanding of credit rules, Classification rules, Assignment rule.• Working on debugging the reasons for the errors caused while deploying compensation plan, credit rule, classification rule, data loads and running calculation processes.• Working on new enhancements as per business requirements. • Creation of paygroup and payment batches.• Helping the team for issues and support request.
