For 20+ years, I’ve been steering organizations to the next level of productivity and profitability. I build and execute strategies across multiple businesses—streamlining processes, increasing regulatory compliance, and empowering people along the way. My career is unique. I’ve been driving strategy, innovation, and transformation for a Fortune 100 financial services corporation for nearly two decades. Before this time, I provided senior leadership and administration for globally focused organizations, including the Soros Foundation Open Society Institute with operations in Central & Eastern Europe. I’ve been a teacher, program coordinator, executive director, and deputy country director…all before joining Citigroup. Once I dove headfirst into my tenure at Citi, I advanced steadily to my current role as Chief of Staff, US Retail Bank & Mortgage for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank. Year after year, I have worked diligently and passionately to drive change and bolster performance while ensuring regulatory compliance. Together with executive colleagues and cross-functional teams, I have: • Partnered with the CEO of Citi’s Retail Bank to shape and execute corporate strategy. • Contributed to winning some of the industry’s highest honors, including #1 ranking in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) and Kiplinger’s Best Bank—two years in a row. • Boosted performance by holding Citibank accountable to a single performance scorecard—a Citigroup strategic initiative that I orchestrated and executed. • Integrated multiple M & As—and created best practices for future acquisitions. • Restructured and revamped operations across business lines. • Inspired and managed innovation by incubating multiple fintech companies in-house.
