This is a small employer with 90-100 employees in a rural area. The role of HR is to develop, implement, and manage company policies and procedures. Overseeing all functional areas within department to include employee relations, benefits, training, and staffing. Ensure compliance is maintained with all applicable employment laws as well as ensure legal compliance. Make recommendations that encompass trends and new developments within the human resources function. Enhance the organization’s human capital by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Supports organization through the entire employee life cycle.
