I invest time in creating state of the art User Experience for Philips Mobile Surgery Systems used by Surgeons and Radio-technicians. This empowers them to be efficient, save procedure time and deliver optimal outcomes with ease. I collaborate with other functions and users alike to understand the context of use, in order to deliver solutions that are safe and meet the user needs. This enables Mobile Surgery Customers to provide effective care to their patients. In addition to that I am the Product Owner of my scrum team comprising of 2 UX Designer, 1 Usability Designer & 1 Industrial Designer. Interestingly, I’m also the UX designer within this team. This dual role creates infinite challenges due to which I often have to become a UX PO-litician!
