Create strong consultative client and associate relationships that result in long-term client and associate satisfaction and high retention rates. The ultimate service delivery provider for assigned accounts; serving as the face of Manpower\'s service team to the client and the central point of contact for Manpower associates. This role is responsible for responding to issues, questions, and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate. Responsible for delivering high quality service to the associates when they arrive on their first day; welcoming new associates and getting them acclimated to the department.
