I have about 9+ years of experience as an HR Professional in FMCG & Telecom space. Currently working with Trade Marketing & Distribution division of ITC on strengthening HR processes by partnering with field teams to build people focus, enhance capabilities, drive performance effectiveness and designing HR plans with a vision to create an agile FMCG Sales organization. I have done 2 roles prior to my current role in ITC where I have anchored L&D, C&B and acted as an HRBP in the division.
