TRIBE 99 has set the standard in the dance team industry by connecting dancers, coaches, and choreographers through a creative, supportive, and female-led community that drives innovation while keeping relationships at the center.Key Responsibilities:Lead operational systems across events, choreography training, HR, payroll, and sales, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, hiring and onboarding faculty and staff for live events, agency programs, and administrative roles.Manage cross-functional teams of 100+ staff across multiple events and programs.Develop and implement strategies, frameworks, and systems to streamline scheduling, travel logistics, and operations across programs.Partner with executive leadership to align organizational vision with day-to-day execution, driving growth and operational excellence.
