ABOUT TRISH PRESLAND

As a dedicated and results-driven leader, I have more than 18 years of experience managing IT support, services, and global and multicultural teams, both virtually and in-person. My skills include troubleshooting and research, providing cross-functional support, as well as public speaking and presentations, curriculum creation, and training and development coaching. A natural teacher and communicator, I am a transformational servant leader who easily builds relationships, simplifies complex technologies for any audience, and empowers teams to achieve goals and reach their potential. I work well independently or on teams as a leader or a participant. Known as a collaborative team player, an independent thinker, and a go-to resource, I offer expertise in business processes, coaching, and personal development.Through coaching, I help business and individual clients manage change; increase leadership self-efficacy, resilience, and goal attainment; and enhance solutions-focused thinking. My combination of global IT business experience and coaching expertise is a unique skillset that is applicable across diverse businesses and industries. A visionary and creative thinker, I readily share ideas and direction with others and am detailed oriented in collecting and documenting pertinent information used for reference.
