About Trish Celano
Trish Celano serves as System Chief Nurse Executive and Associate Chief Clinical Officer for AdventHealth, a national nonprofit healthcare system with 57 Acute Care hospitals, over nurses and care sites across 9 states. With more than 30 years in healthcare, her leadership career began at the bedside as a Pediatric Critical Care nurse and flight nurse. Over the years she moved through the leadership ranks from assistant nurse manager, nurse manager and director, and was then tapped as the pioneer Chief Nursing Officer for AdventHealth for Children, the systems first children’s hospital and the regions first facility to earn Magnet designation. From there she led as CNO of the flagship academic medical center, AdventHealth Orlando, where she supported the launch of key clinical programs. She then served as Chief Clinical Officer for the East Florida Division, aligning the work of Chief Medical Officers and Chief Nursing Officers across 6 hospitals, decreasing care variation and improving clincial outcomes.
