About Tristan G.
Interested in digital automation products — from zero to one, in industries where the data is messy, the regulations are real, and the business processes are complicated enough that most software gets it wrong. Shipped a multilingual RAG system across 6 UN languages, a GPT-4o ReAct agent deployed to 50+ country offices, and AML transaction monitoring that runs across ACH, SWIFT, FIS, and ACI payment rails at Tier-1 banks — all from PRD through production, in environments. Emphasis on depth at every layer the product touches: domain data at a semantic level, business process at keystroke level from two decades as an industry practitioner across banking, insurance, industrial, and government, the business logic and rules that drive real decisions, and the enterprise infrastructure — core banking, payment rails, ERPs — that has to integrate with whatever we ship. That combination is why my products tend to scale into platforms.
Experience
Senior Advisor, Ai Platform & Responsible Ai Product
Mar 2023 — Present · New York, NY, US
Shipped concurrent GenAI products across cloud and on-premise environments simultaneously: multilingual RAG system with bias/fairness guardrails, LLM document research tool trained on extensive UN records, and GenAI-driven talent matching platform. Authored PRDs, defined acceptance criteria, and drove sprint-based delivery across all three. Launched Microsoft Copilot across the UN Secretariat globally; defined adoption OKRs, negotiated risk controls and safeguards directly with Microsoft engineering, and executed go-to-market program across all UN divisions. Architected and shipped an agentic GPT-4o ReAct system on Azure AI Search for global deployment. Designed retrieval pipeline, inference integration, and production rollout in partnership with engineering. Extended multilingual LangChain agents across multiple UN agencies. Authored product requirements for AI safety and red-teaming workflows: translated ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act into platform controls covering bias evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and adversarial input handling.
