I get the privilege to work alongside a company called Judgment Index. We utilize a quick, 15 minute assessment that measures a person\'s value hierarchy—not IQ or personality. We know that by measuring values, you can measure those things that guide, drive, and motivate a person\'s actions.While we do help companies reduce turnover significantly and also help improve company morale, more importantly, we help the individual learn more about themselves because our belief is that once you know who you are, everything changes. True self-awareness is a strong motivator for change. I have been enthralled with this tool ever since I was in high school. It has given me unfathomable insight into what makes me tick and why I do the things that I do, and my passion is helping others gain the same type of personal insight this assessment first gave me back in 2008.
