I am currently an Executive at Avanade leading the North America Data & AI Solution Area/business which is a 350M$+ portfolio and the fastest growing business at Avanade. In this role, I work in close partnership with the regional leadership teams, am responsible for financial and non-financial performance metrics, including sales, revenue, project delivery, client satisfaction and specialized skill and capability development. In addition, I support other regional leads on pre-sales and sales opportunities, including identification and prioritization of client needs and associated resources to meet those needs. As the Data & AI leader for NA, I also contribute to the development of the annual geo business plan through both strategies and actions. Through the gathering of marketplace insights, I help shape the requirements for solution offerings, in particular pivoting our business to more AI, IoT, industry and automation led offerings and solutions.
