Starting my career as a data warehouse geek and being curious about the insights it must provide, I have majorly expanded my career by working for a plethora of clients as a data and information consultant spanning differing verticals including Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Government sector and others.Within these roles I have worked on a variety of profiles, just like a pure consultant, going from a data warehouse developer to an account manager experiencing the whole journey and flavours of a software development lifecycle. Now I reside in the UK and bring my abundance of knowledge from various projects to provide expertise from business requirements gathering to client relationship management.My skillset comprises of building, motivating and leading professional teams, managing projects and supporting client relationships on a technical and business level. Managing teams of varying skills of members including ETL developers, BAs, front end developers, data scientists, data architects and BI analysts covering the entire lifecycle of project in various methodologies like Waterfall Model, Agile Development, Spiral etcI am efficient in utilizing BI solutions for content and product improvements and identifying market needs to enhance the product continuously with my experience in Enterprise reporting implementation for analytical and operational reporting.I can identify problems in a process and apply technical knowledge to address inefficiencies. This comes from my capability to find technical solutions to help automate our clients’ workflows and make their internal processes more efficient. I have an extremely proactive attitude with the confidence to challenge the status quo and a real desire to improve practices and processes.• Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (DW & BI), as a DW Manager and Data architect for 15+ years. • Managed team of varying skills of members (up to 30) including ETL, BAs, architects and BI covering the entire lifecycle of project in various methodologies like Waterfall, agile development and Spiral.• Strong data architecture and data modeling skills applied effectively across various disciplines healthcare, pharmaceuticals, Banking and financial.• Proven experience at building, motivating and leading professional teams, managing projects and supporting client relationships.• Strong Physical design and Logical modeling of data warehouse (ERD) on ERWIN and Oracle data modeler including dimensional (Star and Snow flake schema) & normalized data warehouse models (ROLAP).
