Strong experience in process definition, implementation and consultancy and have been actively involved in different Quality and Risk Assessments, Client Audits, SOC, SOX, JSOX compliance Audits, etc. I have conceptualized and delivered Agile process and PM trainings to inculcate Quality Culture and have been an active change catalyst. I am a very focused and disciplined person and have effectively priortized between my professional career and personal responsibilities and ensured a trail blazing journey of personal growth, learning mindset and ambition. I am an enthusiastic multitasker with positive attitude and demonstrate effective leadership, problem-solving and strategic skills. I am very passionate about people and team management.
