I work at the intersection of shepherding, strategy, systems thinking, and hyper-clear communications; helping leaders care well for people while building structures that make ministry sustainable and scalable. In my current role with Impact Partners, I serve Christian organizations across Charlotte, listening closely, clarifying priorities, and helping connect leaders to resources, relationships, and next steps that maximize impact.I recently served as an Assistant Pastor at Hope Community Church in Charlotte, NC, co-pastoring a site of ~650 adults, serving a multi-site congregation of >1,300. My work included pastoral care and discipleship, preaching and teaching, and empowering leaders for integration, discipleship, development, and clarity.Before that, I led youth ministries at Peace Church in Cary, NC, recruiting and coaching volunteers and cultivating learning contexts for students and families. I also bring a communications background from ministry work at TWR and Cru, including international missions, web and social media strategy, donor-development storytelling, and leading global, asynchronous teams.I’m trained theologically (M.Div, Reformed Theological Seminary) and in communications (Journalism & Mass Communication, UNC–Chapel Hill). I’m especially drawn to work that requires discernment, synthesis, thoughtful translation, and follow-through — turning gospel intentions into wise, actionable next steps.
