   Successfully managed the integration of Sila into Priority as a key member of the Leadership Team Integral company leadership team member, providing strategic direction, and overseeing all engineering initiatives. Led the Engineering Team consisting of onshore and offshore developers and QAs as both the leader and Scrum Master, serving in a dual role to foster agile methodologies and effective team management. Responsible for all aspects of engineering operations including software development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and release management to deliver high-quality products on budget and schedule. Spearheaded identification and implementation of process improvements and cost-cutting measures, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced operational overhead. Directly responsible for ensuring security compliance, leading to the successful attainment of SOC 2 certification. Conducted personalized one-on-one sessions with all team members, assisting in career development and milestone tracking. Collaborated with Product and stakeholders to shape a comprehensive product roadmap, remove impediments, and prioritize backlog items, setting and meeting delivery timelines.
