As a Milieu Coordinator II at the Eating Recovery Center, I facilitate therapeutic groups, support milieu management through crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral coaching, and ensure patient safety with self-harm checks, bathroom monitoring, and morning routines in inpatient and residential settings. I am cross-trained across multiple levels of care, assist with vital sign collection, and maintain detailed clinical documentation. This role allows me to directly support patients in their recovery while gaining hands-on experience in clinical interventions and crisis management within a multidisciplinary team.
