I began my career at HMP Leeds following nearly two years as a shift manager with QFM Group. During my time at HMP Leeds, I spent 18 months as a case administrator and HDC clerk. In this time I began the side roles of Equalities Champion and Mental Health Ally within the establishment. Challenging and educating people’s preconceptions and also providing support and mentoring for those who needed it. At present I am the Resettlement Data Manager with NPS for the Short Term Sentence Team, I undertook this role in December 2020.
