About Trinity Car
I am a designated Privacy Law Specialist with an industry focus in healthcare and biotechnology. I specialize in U.S. and European data protection law and enjoy resolving the challenges that arise with new and emerging technologies and complex data flows. I have extensive experience advising clients ranging in size and maturity from newly public to Fortune 200 in areas ranging from negotiating large technology deals, incident response and remediation, M&A, privacy contracting (including legitimizing international data transfer), and global privacy compliance. I also have deep proficiency in contracting and negotiating for business development, commercial, and IT clients, and bring a holistic approach to my privacy practice. My passion projects include being a HIPAA nerd, particularly as it relates to the biotech space, and counseling clients on AI and privacy. I am a frequent speaker on privacy related topics and hold a CIPP/US, CIPM, and FIP in addition to my PLS from the IAPP. I am also a member of the Training Advisory Board of the IAPP.
