I help organizations navigate high-stakes benefits decisions by building the kind of clarity and trust that actually moves things forward. Whether that’s through a well-crafted demo, a sharp RFP response, or just knowing how to read a room and say the right thing at the right time.I’ve spent over a decade in this space partnering with sales, executive, and client teams across some pretty complex, high-pressure opportunities. What keeps me here is simple: I believe benefits technology should work for people, not the other way around.Outside of the work itself, I care deeply about coaching others, challenging systems that weren’t built for everyone, and making sure the humans behind the deals actually feel seen.A former refugee, community advocate, and recovering perfectionist.
