I am a client-side project and operations professional currently working as a Paralegal Business Manager within the Crown Prosecution Service, where I lead teams, manage budgets, oversee governance and ensure delivery in a highly regulated environment.Alongside my full-time role, I am also a Director and in-house manager of a residential freehold comprising 18 flats. In this capacity, I manage service charge budgets, coordinate contractors, oversee urgent and planned works, and liaise directly with leaseholders. I have successfully delivered works including emergency roof leak remediation, drainage repairs and communal asset replacement, while reducing monthly expenditure from £350 to £100 through improved cost control and contractor management.Through this experience, I have developed a strong interest in client-side project delivery within construction and property.
