I am proud to be part of this team and have enjoyed working with them for over 14 years.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the VIP marketing world within the Legal and Home Services verticals• Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with internal and external clients• Simplify complex technical solutions and translate them into impactful positioning statements• Create compelling marketing materials, including sales enablement tools, collateral, presentations, training, and content that effectively communicate product and service features, benefits, and value• Collaborate with the product team to influence the product roadmap and prioritize key features and enhancements based on market insights and customer feedback• Lead and execute successful product launches, ensuring cross-functional coordination and alignment across Account Management, Sales, and Product Development• Serve as a subject matter expert for products and services, providing guidance and support to Sales, Client Success, Account Management, and current Scorpion clients• Build rapport with internal stakeholders and peers, fostering collaboration and driving alignment• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of Account Management and Client Success initiatives
